  • You’re a strong location manager and chef – someone who understands the demands of an Executive Chef role and wants to support the team in achieving excellence.  

  • You’re a team player and enjoy working with people in a high energy, fast paced environment.

  • You are a solutions person with a ‘can do’ approach to problem solving

  • You should be confident to use your voice, submit your opinion constructively and ask for support if you need it.

What you will do

  • Support with location mobilisation and opening

  • Team mentoring and training across Thomas & Tate locations

  • H&S standards

  • Support with recipe testing and development, allergens and costings

  • Bitesize training videos

  • Menu development

  • Support with hospitality and added value sessions in locations

  • Sales tender presentations
