We are Thomas & Tate, the newest and freshest premium independent caterer in London and the South East. We are here to bring brilliant hospitality through our food, drink and bespoke services.
Thomas & Tate is founded by a trio team of friends who have a love for the foodservice and hospitality industry. Together they offer a combined experience of 75 years in the industry.
We recognise the immense importance of creating a strong sense of purpose for teams in today's professional landscape as well as the desire for employers to get their teams ‘back to the office’. Workplaces have moved from desks in rooms to social spaces for collaboration. The best recognised employers have adopted flexible approaches to attract and retain talent. No longer is the work day 9 to 5.
We also recognise that large PLC companies are dominating the scene. With this comes complacency and a lack of flexibility – the exact opposite of what is required to create the optimum social environment for each client's culture.

Our teams are expertly trained to deliver exceptional experiences. Our chefs graduate from our Thomas & Tate cookery school. Our People Academy creates the best team members and managers. Our Barista Academy teaches our barista to understand the importance of great coffee. Our core compliance academy keeps everyone safe and up to date.
