Culinary Director
With over 20 years experience as a chef within the workplace catering industry Adam recently held Culinary Director roles in both WSH and latterly IFG.
Bringing a wealth of experience in client mobilisations, brand creation and a relentless focus on detail, Adam is responsible for the most important area of our business - our food!
With one of our USP's being a chef-led supply chain, Adam has forged close relationships with our supply partners to ensure that our chefs get fantastic produce on every delivery.

Adam's best celebrity story is that in college
he worked with Jamie Oliver in Prod 2 @ Westminster. The 2nd year students used to mentor the 1st year Chefs. Complete cheeky chappy!
